This heritage education program is designed to complement efforts at conservation
and sustainability of local cultural assets in Penang. It creates awareness and
educates young residents on the importance of conserving their living and built
heritage (architecture, trades, crafts, customs, food etc). The creative arts (music,
dance, theatre, visual arts) are used to raise awareness.
